Senior Conference Producer (Spanish Speaking)

About the Role
Are you a bilingual conference producer looking for your next step? Our client, a respected international B2B events organiser, is looking for a Senior Conference Producer fluent in Spanish to join their London team.
You will own a portfolio of three conferences, two of which take place in Europe and Latin America. From market research and agenda writing through to speaker recruitment and delivering the event onsite, you will shape content that brings senior industry leaders together and drives real business conversations across global markets.
What the Role Involves
- Producing a portfolio of three large-scale B2B conferences, two delivered in the LATAM region
- Researching each market in depth, through calls with industry experts, to identify the trends, challenges and topics that matter most
- Writing compelling agendas that attract senior speakers and high-quality attendees
- Leading speaker recruitment and building diverse, credible line-ups
- Working closely with marketing, sales and operations colleagues to deliver seamless events
- Managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, keeping everyone informed and on track
- Overseeing project timelines and budgets across your portfolio
- Travelling to attend and host your events
What You Will Need
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Around 3 years of B2B conference production experience
- A proven track record in programme research, agenda writing and speaker recruitment
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to run several events at once
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience producing large-scale events or events in Latin America would be a real advantage
