Sponsorship Sales Manager | Banking Events - North America & Europe
Central London office + Travel - Hybrid working, 2 days in the office each week
£40,000 Base + Uncapped Commission (Year 1 OTE £60K+)
We are working with a well-established international events business within the banking sector that is looking to hire a Sponsorship Sales Executive / Manager to support and grow their portfolio of high-profile B2B conferences and exhibitions across North America and Europe.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially driven sponsorship sales professional who enjoys selling high-value sponsorship packages, building long-term client relationships, and working with senior decision-makers across the banking and financial services space.
The Role
- Selling sponsorship and exhibition packages across a portfolio of international banking events
- New business and account development
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
- Developing relationships with senior-level sponsors and partners
- Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
- Working closely with internal marketing and production teams to maximise event success
- Representing the business professionally across international markets
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in B2B event sponsorship or exhibition sales
- Proven ability to consistently hit or exceed revenue targets
- Confident selling to senior stakeholders in banking, finance, or adjacent sectors
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, commercially minded, and comfortable working at pace
