Helen has spent nearly 30 years in recruitment, the last 15 specialising in B2B events. Her business, Jackson Barnes Recruitment, is built on a simple belief: great recruitment is about far more than filling a vacancy.
She partners with conference, exhibition, tradeshow and summit businesses across the UK and internationally, placing candidates from graduate to MD level across sales, marketing, production and operations. Straight-talking and relationship-led, Helen knows this industry inside out, and the people in it know her.
In late 2024 she made the decision to take Jackson Barnes to the next level, and she is now growing the team and the business with real energy.
