The job

At the start of our search, we screen our clients thoroughly and ask extensive questions to get an accurate idea of what tasks the candidate will be performing, the experience they require and the time available for training and support. Managing the
recruitment process

At Jackson Barnes Recruitment, we manage the entire recruitment process, from booking interviews into your diary to advising on who should be present in the interviews and recommending tasks to set the candidates. Our agile structure means that we can adapt any part of our service to suit your business’s needs.

After each interview, we share our feedback and insights with you and take on board any feedback that you have. This is an important step in the process, as it helps us evolve our recruitment practices.

Once you’re ready to make an offer, we are on hand to support you with contracts, managing a counteroffer (if one is made), and getting your new employee prepared to fit seamlessly into your team.
