\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tConference producer responsibilities start at the beginning of the project, at the inception stage, through to concept, and running the event on the day. <\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tThe core tasks of a conference producer are:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n\t\u00b7         Topic research <\/p>\n

\n\t\u00b7         Agenda creation <\/p>\n

\n\t\u00b7         Speaker recruitment<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00b7         Project management of the event<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00b7         Team work with colleagues in marketing, sales & ops<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00b7         Attendance at the event on the day <\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tA conference producer\u2019s job is incredibly varied and busy and requires exceptional communication, time management and organisation skills.<\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tThe main element of the conference producer job is research and this research is desk and telephone based and in-person (when possible).<\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tIf you are inquisitive, hard-working and confident this could be a great next step in your career. <\/p>\n

\tYou will need a good degree, some level of office based work experience and lots of interesting information on your CV which can been seen in your hobbies, societies, voluntary work, fundraising or work experience \u2013 our clients tend to hire interesting people who have done interesting things\u2026…<\/p>\n
