Base salary £24K + Bonus

As a Conference Producer you are responsible for the overall production of business-to-business conferences. You will research the conference content, identify and confirm C-level speakers and put together the agenda for the conference.


You should have a good degree and a commercial approach. You should enjoy both desk and phone research and be very tenacious and confident. International travel will be part of the role, as well as developing your profile within the industries our client operates within.


An additional element of this role is to research and write news and other editorial content for a new web portal covering the area of digital identity.


Responsibilities include:

  • Market research – desk and phone based
  • Writing compelling conferences
  • Programme development
  • Speaker acquisition
  • Assistance with marketing
  • International travel will be required

Experience & skills:

  • Educated to degree level – minimum 2:1
  • Proven commercial experience (degree or professional)
  • Interest in high-tech solutions that aim to make the world a safer & more secure place
  • Proven exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident and personable; able to build and maintain relationships
  • Be capable of managing own workload in order to meet conflicting deadlines
  • Ability to remain focused and see a project through to completion to a high standard
