City, London + International Travel

Basic salary up to £35,000 + Uncapped commission, bonuses OTE £80K

Jackson Barnes Recruitment are working with an innovative, highly successful and expanding media & events business as they recruit an additional Sponsorship Sales Manager into their London office.

They create & deliver some of the most cutting edge conferences & exhibitions covering topics in pharma, tech, finance, energy and many more…..

The Job

  • This Sponsorship Sales Manager will be joining one of the companies fastest growing events teams, growing 30% year on year.
  • Responsible for managing high value Sponsorship & Exhibition opportunities for UK & Overseas large scale B2B conferences. Your events will be existing and new events, covering topics such as; marketing, communications, customer experience across a range of industries from banking to sports businesses.
  • You will be working with high profile global companies, developing & maintaining long-term business relationships with new and existing organisations.
  • Identify and develop new opportunities to generate revenue
  • Network with existing and prospective clients at international events
  • Working as part of an innovative team


The Person

  • We are looking for a confident & successful B2B sales professional with at least 2+ years’ experience ideally in conference, exhibition, trade shows or confex background but other B2B solution sales environments will be considered.
  • Able to work to deadlines, targets and within a collaborative team environment
  • Confident working through the sales process; able to understand client needs and create a successful solution
  • Excellent communications over the phone and face to face (meetings & events) and professional written communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
