This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced conference producer to join our established events client and manage a portfolio of B2B conferences and a small team of producers.


The Role

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced conference producer to manage & grow a portfolio of conferences. Within this position, you will be responsible for producing, managing and driving the events forward. Your role will also include; event strategy & people management. You & your team will create and deliver profitable events with interesting and creative formats.

Your role will include:

  • New topic generation & research
  • Speaker research & acquisition
  • Creation and development of the event programme
  • Manage, lead and support the conference producers in your division
  • Work alongside marketing & sales to develop the event strategy
  • Working with internal teams and external departments
  • Onsite on the day

The Person

  • You will have at least 2 years experience as a conference producer, you will have worked on new launch events and grown existing conferences
  • Commercial conference background essential
  • You will be the driving force for the conference and must be comfortable project managing the event through to completion.
  • You will have excellent conference research & analytical skills
  • Be commercially astute
  • You will be a graduate with a 2:1 or 1st Degree
  • Management / leadership experience is advantageous
  • Working across multiple topics and locations advantageous
  • Team orientated but equally as strong working independently
  • Excellent Creative writing skills
  • Strong communication skills, organised and excellent time management skills.
