Based in London & Colchester, Essex

Generous Base Salary + Commission


This specialist digital marketing agency work with business who want to make more money online via; web conversion, PPC and SEO.


The Partnership Development Manager is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with web development and PR agencies in London.


You will split your time between meeting clients in London and working with the team in Colchester; we envisage it being 4 days in London and 1 day in Colchester each week. Most of the London based clients are located in and around Shoreditch. You will spend your time out visiting agencies, on calls or in meetings. The role is very sociable and involves a high amount of day to day interaction with agencies, clients and the team.


key responsibilities include:

  • Build new distribution relationships
  • Manage existing distribution relationships
  • Organise sales events with distribution partners
  • Delivering presentations
  • Occasional support with new client enquiries and sales
  • Contribute to the strategic sales plan
  • Continued professional education


Candidate profile includes:

  • Foundation knowledge of Digital Marketing – understanding of the principles of Digital Marketing
  • Ideally, you will have worked in marketing and understand how web design agencies work
  • Exceptional presentation delivery skills
  • Natural ability to spot opportunities and ultimately generate leads
  • Excellent time management, organisational and project management skills
  • Long-term relationship building skills
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Confident and authoritative speaker
  • Emotional intelligence & listening skills
  • A passion for selling
