The role: Take responsibility for leading a successful small team of conference producers and an established portfolio of high profile International large scale B2B conferences & events.

 

This job offers the opportunity for an experienced manager to bring creative & innovative ideas to an already successful portfolio of events, to enhance & develop the events and positively lead & manage the team of conference producers.

 

Team management, strategic lead, hands on production, audience experience and a positive attitude being key elements of the role.

 

The person: We are looking for an events professional who loves creating & delivering high quality, innovative business events and wants to share their knowledge & expertise with an ambitious team.

 

Required experience:

  • You will be a graduate with 3-5 years experience as a producer & people manager, gained in a commercial conference production environment.
  • Ideally you will have worked on large scale events.
  • People management experience is essential as you will be leading a successful team.
  • Solid understanding, experience & confidence with all things digital from marketing the events to developing the community around them.
  • Proven experience launching & developing events
